It has been a while since I have written on this blog and I think my recent adventures have given me a perspective that I had lost with my work schedule and the hustle and bustle of life. Normally I write about Business, Real Estate, or things that in my humble opinion would appeal to a large audience? Today I am going to take a little detour and talk about something that I am very passionate about and that is giving back. It is early morning and I am sitting on the back of a beautiful boat anchored just outside the Marina Cabo San Lucas, enjoying a amazing French Press of Coffee. Sometime in the middle of the night three new sailboats arrived from The Newport Beach to Cabo regatta.
